Two Ph.D. Fellowships in Remote Sensing
Dr. David Roy is seeking
two highly motivated students to pursue a Ph.D. in Geospatial Science and
Engineering, at the Geographic Information Science Center of Excellence
(GIScCE), South Dakota State University, USA. The fellowships will start August
2007 at $23,000 per annum. Applicants should have a master’s degree, a
background in remote sensing, with preferably computer programming and
quantitative analysis skills. US citizenship is not required; the university is
an AA/EEO employer and encourages applications from women and minorities. The
GIScCE is a dynamic new research center in collaboration with the National
Center for Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS). Additional
